RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


Desa Murni Batik team will work our hardest to make sure all of our product is process and shipped in a good condition. But, if the item received to you is wrong, damage or defective item, you may return it within seven (7) working days upon received.

Note : Other reason, will not a valid ground for a return and exchange, and can be made one time only.

All the return will be subject to the following term and conditions :

1) The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging. 

2) This policy is only applicable to full priced item(s) on our website.

3) Sale/discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund and exchange. If you want to exchange with the different price from the original product, we will not refund upon the balance. 

4) We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, if we are determine that a customer is abusing our return and exchange policy the product will be send back to you. 

5) All shipping cost are borne by customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.
